1 - Terms of Use
The password I receive giving me access to the Maharishi-TV website is for my own use only and may not be shared with anyone else
I agree not to share or copy any audio tracks, video, or images from this website, whether by means of analogue recording, download, upload, broadcast, stream, screen-grab, or any other means.
2 - Copyrighted Materials
This website, and materials contained within, are subject to the protection of USA and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce any of these materials without the prior permission of Maharishi Foundation International—Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands and its affiliates. Taking screen shots, making audio or video recordings, or otherwise copying the content of the material being electronically communicated is not allowed
3 - Minimum Age
Access to this website is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By indicating my acceptance of the terms of this agreement I also confirm that I fulfil the legal requirements for entering into a binding agreement.
4 - Liability
I acknowledge that in no event shall Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International - Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands be liable for any punitive, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising under contract, warranty, or tort (including negligence or strict liability) or any other theory of liability.
Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International—Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands cannot be held responsible for factors beyond their control that may interfere with their ability to provide access to the relevant website. Such factors include, but are not limited to server downtime, password/verification problems, or network outages beyond the servers of Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International—Maharishi Vedic University, Netherlands.
Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International - Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials, resources, or services offered will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site is free of viruses or other harmful elements.
In no event will Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International - Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands be liable to any party for direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of the products or resources contained within the http://www.Maharishi-tv.com website. 5 – Passwords and User Identities (IDs)
Users agree they will NOT share or distribute their login information (user IDs and passwords) by email, word of mouth, Usenet, Internet, or any other method. Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International - Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands can, at their sole discretion, without notice and without refund, terminate the membership of any user who shares or distributes login information.
(The password and user ID you receive are valid for 30 days per video lecture subscription or 12 months for the 12 video lecture subscription from the date you register for the viewing service. If you have trouble logging into your account, contact administration@Maharishi-TV.com for assistance.)
6 - Subscription materials remain the property of the course providers
I am aware that the subscription materials at all times remain the property of Maharishi Foundation International - Maharishi Vedic University, Netherlands and its affiliates, and that the access to the material that I am given under no circumstances can generate any proprietary rights for me to any part of the course materials
7 – Terms and Termination
These Terms of Use are effective during the period, for which the password giving access to the online viewing material is valid. This Agreement will automatically and immediately terminate without notice in case of violation of any terms of this Agreement. Violating our Terms of Use, copyrights, or any of our licensing restrictions will result in revocation of all access to the subscription viewing service on the site.
In case of termination of this Agreement all articles, which provide Maharishi University of Enlightenment, USA or Maharishi Foundation International—Maharishi Vedic University, the Netherlands with remedies to enforce the stipulations of this Agreement shall survive the agreement without any limit in time.
